We empower people with quality training
The following qualifications have been designed by the Health and Welfare SETA particularly to train nurses in caring for the elderly and the disabled.
These exciting full qualification programmes pitched at an NQF Level 1- 4, focuses on the Ancillary Health Care (NURSE) worker within a Health and Welfare environment.
In the research completed by the Company, it is found that there is a great need within the South African market to train nurses (registered nurses, enrolled nurses, assistant nurses and carers) to be competent in the specialised field of caring and nurturing of the elderly and the disabled.
The differentiation points that The Company has, lies in the additional learning material added to the qualifications above.
The special training includes a specific focus of care not usually found within a nursing curriculum.
The disabled are cared for in a unique yet versatile approach due to their degree of disability. We accommodate the variety of care needed in our training.
We assist the trainees to understand the diagnoses, the conditions, the frailty and the aging process (to list but a few topics) etc., of managing the elderly and the disabled.
